This is the digger which moves all of the waste onto a big lorry which goes to the landfill site. It costs about £100 to get rid of each tonne of rubbish.
The digger was so big we weren't even as tall as the wheels!
We were allowed to sit in the driver's seat!
We watched the collectors bringing in all of the waste they had collected. There were so many things that could have been recycled.
If you bring something to be recycled, you have to put it into the right container. There were all sorts of things being thrown away.
This is how they move the containers. This vehicle is strong!
The containers weigh about 20 tonnes!
